関係代名詞(2)目的格の問題演習_解説
A. 1.ｲ that：先行詞が物で、目的格の関係代名詞を選びます。whose は所有格、whom は人を先行詞とする目的格なので不可。
2.ｳ ×：talk with~ に続く目的格の関係代名詞 that(whom) が省略されています。先行詞が人なので、which は不可です。
3.ｱ who：She is liked by everyone. の She が who に変化したものです。もともと主語なので、主格の関係代名詞です。省略はできません。
4.ｳ that：後ろが can run と、動詞なので、主格の関係代名詞 that。省略はできません。
5.ｲ that：後ろが Tom wrote と、S(主語)+V(動詞)が続いていて、V(動詞)の目的語(格)の関係代名詞 thatを選びます。
B. 1.she studies：The languate (that/which) she studies~→目的格の関係代名詞の省略です。
2.I am：The comic (that/which) I am reading now~ やはり、目的格の関係代名詞を省略したものです。
3.he has：「ずっと～したかった」という意味から、he の後を現在完了形にします。
4.made was：The doll / that her sister made / was pretty. と、文の切れ目があります。was の主語は、The doll です。
5.we showed [told]：The man (that/whom) we showed ~ と、目的格の関係代名詞の省略があります。
C. 1.that I bought yesterday：that(目的格) + I(主語) + bought(動詞)
2.she likes the best is：The subject / (that/which) she likes the best / is~→目的格の省略です。
3.Where is the pencil you used?：the pencil (which/that) you used →目的格の省略です。
4.the girl I met yesterday：the girl (that/whom)I met yesterday →目的格の省略です。
5.is a letter that Tom wrote ：→「これはトムが昨日書いた手紙だ」ほぼ同じ意味の日本語訳を考えてみましょう。
